Seasonal/Short Term: Come and stay with us for the Winter, or come and stay with us for the Summer. Try us out for a few months and see if it's a good fit for you. 

Lease length can be adjusted to fit your needs. 

Deposit on short term lease would be applied to a long term lease if you decided to stay.
